We have experienced some technical issues with off-campus access earlier today which meant that some users may not have been able to access eBooks and eJournals. These issues should be resolved and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However if you continue to experience issues, please try entering your username in the following format:
yorksj/firstname.lastname or firstname.lastname@yorksj.ac.uk
If you still experience issues, please contact libraryqueries@yorksj.ac.uk, or ring (01904) 876698 with details of the problem, including any error messages and the address of the webpage you are accessing.

Hello,
If you're trying to access electronic resources (like the catalogue, or eBooks), you need your University username and password (the same as you use for email or Moodle).
If you're trying to access your library account (to renew books or check what you have on loan), you need your student ID (on your library card) and your 4-digit PIN.
