Hot and cold food may be eaten on the ground floor of the learning centre. Please only take drinks and sweets onto the other floors.

We have made this change in response to feedback. Some of you have told us you wanted to be able to bring hot food into the library again, but others have said that this didn't make the learning centre a good place to work. By compromising, and making the first and second floors food-free areas, we hope we can meet the needs of all users.
