Downtime affecting all ICT services 28-9 July

Following consultation with Deans and Heads of Departments there will be a period of scheduled downtime of all ICT Services on Saturday 28 & Sunday 29 July 2012.

During this period the ICT team will be performing essential maintenance work on IT systems, which will involve the entire IT system being unavailable. This includes logging on to any PC on site or via the virtual desktop, access to the internet via the wireless network on site, plus email and web access both on site and remotely. A temporary webpage has been arranged so that anybody visiting the YSJ website will be redirected and advised of the downtime and alternative ways to contact us.

We anticipate that all work will be completed and normal services resumed by Monday 30th July.
