- check which version of Internet Explorer you are using. You can do this by click on Tools and then About Internet Explorer
- check that you have Adobe Reader installed on your PC or laptop. If you don't have Adobe Reader you can download the latest version from: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/.
- you can use browsers such as Chrome or Firefox without downloading Adobe Reader.
